Make it a special Winter

Out there in customer land, far, far away from the shores of our lab, we know you already enjoy the seasonal specials released each year by Buffalo Brownies.

Each Winter, we revive Alvarado, our 80% cocoa solids, ultra-dark chocolate brownie with beetroot (in both juice and flesh). Spring sees the return of Arcee, a 70% DC brownie with rhubarb jelly & custard, followed in Summer by BSB, a blondie made with clotted cream and studded with strawberry jelly, then, finally, our sultry Autumn girl Eve, a blondie rocking the apple and cinnamon vibe.

We wondered if you wouldn't mind helping, a little. Management are talking about having different seasonal options, different flavours across different strengths of batter and we thought a bit of crowd-sourcing would be fun! Even better, Management have authorised us to offer a free box from the next Monthly Tasting Club (going out first week of February) to the first person who suggests the next flavour we decide to develop from your suggestions; there is a high chance that this MTC box will contain that flavour!

So. Get your thinking caps on for a new Winter flavour, based on either a blondie or 70%DC brownie recipe. Suggestions, please, via our Twitter account, our Facebook wall or directly to discovery@buffalobrownies.com (using the subject line: "Winter Win!")

Good luck!

(Entries must be in before 6pm on Friday 24 January 2014; the Management's decision on a winning flavour is final!)

  • Amazeballs!

By far the finest brownies I've ever eaten (sorry Gran), and I've eaten a lot! The Atomic brownies are my fave and the fact that I can have them delivered to my door makes them taste all the yummier!

So if you love brownies, you need to buy some of these amazeballs brownies pronto! NOM!
